Background

The Whirlpool Corporation is an American leading manufacturer and marketer of home appliances, operating worldwide thanks to several locations, one of which is situated in India: the Whirlpool India has three production facilities in Faridabad, Pondicherry and Pune.

Purposes

The project concerned the design and production of a “process cooling” application for the work processes with C pentane, installed in the plant in Faridabad.

Project

Geoclima met the requirements by designing 2 Turbomiser chillers of 400 kW capacity each and by dealing with the installation of complete low temperature side works, including pumps, cooling towers, pipe and electrical parts.

Results

Geoclima, together with the ZamilAC India, was able to offer an innovative solution that could fully satisfy the client’s requirements, ensuring high quality and efficiency levels.
